Overview

TransGlobal Green Energy, LLC is committed to bringing diverse types of green energy solutions to the Latin American region. We are concentrating on late stage development opportunities that lack the capital to finish while also seeding some premium, early stage projects, by providing capital for the necessary technology, studies and legal work.

TransGlobal Green Energy, acting as the primary developer, will arrange for the senior debt to fund selected projects after the power purchase agreement is issued, as well as, the short term working capital required to get to the PPA. As construction begins, TransGlobal will put in place a blue chip international General Contractor to work with local professionals and tradesmen to construct the project. Upon project completion, through its Central American subsidiary, TransGlobal will remain as the developer / owner along with its local partners to the deliver the new power to the local communities in need.
