TGGE views Panama as a lucrative place to do business and plans on expanding its renewable energy project base to the country.

TransGlobal Green Energy, Panama SA has obtained the concession rights to the 56.8MW hydro-electric power project called Bajo de Mina, located on the Chiriqui Viejo River in Panama. This is in partnership with Panamanian hydro developer Cesar Lisac. TGGE has obtained the engineering consulting specialist firm Geo Ingenieria to oversee the project.

TGGE CR, partnering with Tilawind, a wind energy developer in Tilaran, Costa Rica has been issued a final draft PPA and is awaiting final acknowledgement from ICE, the national power company for a 20MW wind energy project located in Tilaran, Costa Rica.

TGGE has formed a partnership alliance with EarthCare Energy, LLC. EarthCare Energy specializes in creating renewable energy through let-down pressure points in natural gas pipelines, geothermal wells and all other applicable industries.

The companies believe this will enhance business for both firms in the Latin American region.

TransGlobal Green Energy, LLC has obtained the rights to Central America for The Power Tube thermal energy technology from Power Tube Inc. The Company plans to formally introduce the technology to Costa Rica as soon as it clears certification in the United States. Preliminary introduction of the Power Tube technology to ICE executives has been received with positive reviews.

We have obtained the rights to Texas and California for The PowerTube thermal energy technology from Power Tube Inc. The technology is currently slated for testing and certification in an old Titan nuclear missile silo located in Oklahoma. Once certified, the product will be offered to private industry for off-the-grid power production, as well as, public and private utility companies.

TransGlobal Green Energy, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of its Costa Rica office located in the City of Alajuela. The office will support the Company's current and future wind, thermal and hydro power projects spread throughout the Country. In keeping with TransGlobal Green Energy's philosophy of supporting the local economy, the company has hired several Costa Rican nationals to man the office and represent it in several professional capacities. As TransGlobal's base of operations continues to grow throughout Latin America, the local office will also grow accordingly, providing for an optimum balance between international and local workers. TransGlobal plans to create a Costa Rican corporation (TransGlobal Green Energy, CR) in 2010. The company plans to build the only non-utility Costa Rican based wind energy developement company in the Region.
